Naclōr is a merchant and investment banking firm, providing the following services:

• Capital Investment We invest capital in the formation and growth of private companies, taking equity positions as a partner — not a lender or fee-based advisor.
• Investment Management We manage the invested funds and contributions of all participants — cash, labor, ideas, and other capital — from investment through exit, including annual tax distributions and final distributions of proceeds.
• Merchant Banking We take ownership positions alongside our partners, bear risk, and are compensated by a share of the outcome rather than fees.
• Investment Banking Where a portfolio company requires capital beyond our own, we arrange and facilitate access to additional financing.
• Governance We serve as Managing Member of each portfolio partnership, governing what we invest in — including selecting and placing capable leaders, adjudicating major issues, and applying the Theory of Constraints — until, together, we reach our agreed-upon goals.
